Compliments, Suggestions and Complaints

Your feedback is important to us. Complaints and suggestions help us grow and improve our policies, processes and systems. Likewise, compliments help us understand when we are meeting and exceeding our performance and service standards.

Complaints

The Instituto Politécnico da Guarda (IPG) is committed to:

  • The confidential treatment of personal data and information;
  • A timely response to complaints;
  • Ensuring that the complainant will not be harmed because of the complaint;
  • Involve only the resources necessary for the proper handling and resolution of the complaint.

Anonymous complaints are accepted, but their resolution can sometimes be conditioned, for they don’t allow to assess additional information that may be important for their resolution. The lack of a contact also makes it impossible for IPG to transmit the treatment and resolution of the reported situation to the complainant.
